How do i get started ?

Simply click Register and become a Urgrocer Member. To register, visit the my account page which can be accessed on the top right.

Alternatively, you can shop and register at checkout.

How can I add, amend, re-schedule, cancel and report orders?

We are always ready to help with your enquiries. Kindly contact our customer service at 012-6919001 or email us.

Additional orders, order changes or rescheduling of delivery can only be done 1 day prior to delivery. Orders that are in transit or delivered will not be cancelled.

Delivery standard

To ensure the quality of our delivery, your goods are carefully picked, packed/vacuum sealed, chilled and directly delivered to you.

Delivery Schedule

• We make deliveries every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 11am – 8pm.

• Under normal circumstances, your orders will be delivered within 2 days (except Sundays and public holidays). This is to ensure best of quality and services.

• In the event of delay beyond the above duration, our delivery team will give you a call to notify.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

We deliver outside of the delivery range for orders that are above RM500.

Who will deliver my orders?

Our delivery team will deliver your orders right to your doorstep.

In the event of any dispute and complaint, we require the complaint to be made and provide details within 24 hours of receiving the goods via email at sales@urgrocer.com.my or contact form.

If complaint received within 2 days, your items must be in the same condition when you received it, unused and must be in original packaging in order to be eligible for return. After two days, all products are non-refundable.

We reserve the absolute discretion to approve or reject any invalid dispute and complaint after our investigation
